What is your current turn around time?

1-2 weeks plus shipping

What shipping options are available?

Local pickup in Bowmanville, ON, or shipping.

Small items may be available for letter mail shipping through Canada Post. Letter mail does NOT include tracking or insurance, and Concrete Barn Co is no longer responsible for the package once shipped. Canada Post does not guarantee any shipping timeline for letter mail.

Tracked and insured shipping is available for all sizes of product. Generally in Canada this is less than 2 weeks.

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. If you have an issue with your purchase, please email concretebarnco@gmail.com, within 2 weeks of shipping date and we can work together to come up with a resolution.
